In the work group core meeting yesterday, we have (among others) decided to modify our git branch strategy. So if you are working with the Contao GitHub repository, make sure to read this.

Contao version 2.11.4 is available. The bugfix release fixes a critical privilege escalation vulnerability which allows regular users to acquire administrator privileges.

Nils Müller and Andreas Schempp join the Contao team to support them with "PR and marketing" and "core development".

Contao version 3.0.beta1 is available. Please do not use beta versions for productional websites! Download the release to check whether your website or custom extension needs adaptation.

Contao version 2.11.3 is available. The bugfix release improves the stability of version 2.11 and fixes a weakness when editing tasks in the task center.

The second Italian Contao conference has been scheduled for May 26th, 2012.

Contao version 2.11.2 is available. The bugfix release fixes two security vulnerabilities from which one can be considered serious.

Contao version 2.11.1 is available. The bugfix release provides stability fixes for the version 2.11 branch and e.g. fixes the MooTools accordion problem.

The Contao workgroups have been enhanced by multiple new members.

In the course of restructuring the project website, the URLs of the RSS feeds have changed.
