Website relaunch

The TYPOlight project website has been completely overworked and presents itself in a new modern look. The site has been translated into German and is now bilingual. The development section has been moved to Trac, a widely-used project tracking tool with a built-in ticket system. The forum has been merged to the TYPOlight forum/helpdesk extension and is not powered by an external application anymore.
Integrated forum
From now on, the TYPOlight forum is powered by Peter Koch's forum/helpdesk extension. Peter is a very talented and committed programmer from Switzerland, who is also responsible for developing the TYPOlight extension repository. He has done a great job adjusting his extension and writing a script to merge the PunBB database.
Developer's page
The development section has completely moved to dev.typolight.org. We are now using Trac to keep track of the development process. Trac is a widely-used project tracking tool with a built-in ticket system, wiki, roadmap and SVN browser. The TYPOlight wiki has also been merged to Trac.
Partner program
The TYPOlight partner program is a platform for web agencies that offer TYPOlight services and want to present themselves on the project website. Potential customers can filter agencies by their location and services and get detailed information about the partners of interest.
Website design
The design of the new project website has been developed by "Die Kommunikationsabteilung", a public relations and internet agency from Wiesbaden, Germany. The TYPOlight logo has been designed by Clemens Hackl, a web designer from London, United Kingdom. TYPOlight implementation by iNet Robots Ltd. & Co. KG.
