What is special about it

BRAND DESIGN
For one year now, we have been accompanying this innovative Swiss family business from the Zurich area. Now the result of this cooperation is visible. With the new website we set the public starting signal for a sustainable way of further development. Because as a digital company, Topal has integrated this into its approach. The concept understands design not only as a visual embellishment. It is about shaping workflows, everyday work, communication and the future together with users, customers and partners.

LOGO, TYPOGRAPHY, ICONS
Typography and symbolism form the core of the new design. As a small commitment to Switzerland as a location, we chose the typeface Univers by the Aarau-based designer Adrian Frutiger. Based on this design language, both the word mark and an extensive icon set were created. With its beveled letters, the new trademark is reminiscent of the facets of a precious stone in memory of the previous one. The ascending tendency stands for the further development into the future. Color is used with restraint and to identify functions.

DESIGN-THINKING, USER INTERFACE, WORKSHOP
In addition to the logo and the website, the new concept also has an influence on Topal's products. The new brand design is completely oriented towards digital use. In the future, it will also serve as a design guideline for the user interface of the applications. However, these are to be further developed not only visually but also functionally. Here, too, the journey is the destination. "Always beta" - the optimization of the product remains a constant process.
