What is special about it

The Hotel Einstein is situated in a quiet location on the edge of the pedestrian zone in the centre of St.Gallen. Media Motion AG realised the modern Contao website.

Hotels have to offer their guests the possibility to book rooms via e-mail, telephone, desktop and various mobile devices. With an appropriate booking system, hotels thus receive direct bookings not only via their website, but also via smartphones or tablets.

The booking system must be able to store various complex booking conditions. From number and type of rooms, travel period, promotion codes, multi-day discounts, last minute rates, early bird, long stay to special packages, everything must be bookable - at a fixed price or dynamically linked to the daily price of the room category and in the hotel provider's CICD. Such a system, in which the master data of the guests are created, also means an enormous time saving for the sales or reception staff.

The HTML and CSS development of a hotel website includes the implementation of external interfaces. We integrate these tools directly into the website. Connections such as Travelclick, Mews or Synxis with their own forms, calendar selectors etc. are channel management systems that offer the possibility to control several online travel platforms (free sale systems) and GDS systems at the same time via one maintenance mask. Interfaces for newsletters, conversion optimisation, rating systems, job & career, blog and social media must also be considered.
