What is special about it

A modern and powerful online booking system for conference rooms and event halls was developed for the DGB's VTG (Association of German Trade Unions) that significantly simplifies and digitizes the entire organization, booking, and billing process.

The project's goal was to make renting out event spaces more efficient, transparent, and user-friendly—both for internal administrative processes and for external clients. Users should be able to quickly find suitable rooms, check availability, and easily submit booking requests online.

The technical implementation was based on Contao with a custom-developed booking platform precisely tailored to the VTG's requirements. In addition to clear user guidance, the focus was on flexible room management, structured booking processes, and the reliable mapping of complex administrative processes.

The digital solution has significantly reduced previously manual processes, optimized internal procedures, and considerably improved user-friendliness. The result is a future-proof system that professionally meets high organizational demands and enables modern digital management of event spaces.
