What is special about it

The website was designed by our agency partner, The House Agency in Zurich. We were responsible for the technical lead, implementation, and ongoing operation. Built on Contao Open Source CMS, the platform features a custom-developed theme and a range of tailored functionalities.

A key focus was the job search experience, including canton-based filtering, predictive search suggestions, and category-specific job listings. We also implemented an API integration with Zvoove, allowing vacancies to be automatically synchronized with the website while applications are transferred directly back into the recruitment backend system. The application process itself was designed as a dynamic workflow that displays only the fields relevant to each position.

The website is further enhanced by a news section with category filtering. Since launch, we have continued to support the platform with maintenance, updates, and ongoing development. The project demonstrates how Contao, combined with robust system integrations and custom development, can evolve into a powerful operational recruiting platform that goes far beyond a traditional corporate website.
