Contao 2.11.13 is available

Contao version 2.11.13 is available. The bugfix release fixes the issue with extensions not being sorted correctly on some file systems.

With the release of version 2.11.13, the Contao 2.11 series changes from the LTS phase (active bug fixing) into the 6 months transition phase, in which only security updates are provided. Then in May 2014, the 2.11 series eventually reaches its end of life.
