Version 4.0 of the Contao Live Update now checks your custom templates after the update and outputs a diff view of the changes.

In the diff view you can easily see how your custom template differs from the original template. Red passages exist in the original but have removed or changed in the custom version. This also includes new code which has been added to the original template and should be appended to the custom version. Green passages do not exist in the original template and have been added in the custom version.

The Live Update client can be downloaded in the maintenance module of the Contao back end. If it is installed already, it will update itself automatically.
