TYPOlight user guide

Finally, the TYPOlight user guide is available. At the moment, there is only a German version, because it was easier for me to set it up in German than in English. However, it will be translated soon. Any translation help is appreciated, especially since there are quite a few programming tasks awaiting my attention ;-)
